Does what is supposed to just loudly

This unit definitely does everything it is supposed to do, but it's very loud. It reminds of hotel AC units when it kicks on. So if you use it while sleeping, you will wake up constantly to it kicking back on. If it was quieter it would be a slam dunk. Only thing that I did was set the fan to a constant level not automatic and it doesn't shut off as frequently throughout the night.

Doesn't cool square footage it says it will

Haven't used it too many times since we got it, weather hasn't required, but the 3 times we have used it, it does not cool the square footage it says it will. Called the company, they told me to let it run on the lowest setting. Not sure how energy efficient that is going to be. Still can't get the room below 75 degrees. It does blow cold air, just does not cool our room sufficiently.

Very happy in this AZ heat

Great Buy! We are so happy we decided to get this unit when our apartment unit couldn't keep up with this triple digit Arizona heat! This was very simple to install / set up. My 10 yr old and 6 yr old kids basically did it themselves with my supervision. We are all very happy and keeping cool this summer!
