Member's Mark Cooked Wild Canadian Snow Crab Clusters are fully cooked and ready to thaw, serve, and devour. Each cluster is filled with premium, sweet, and delicate snow crab meat. It's so naturally delicious that you could serve it as the main entree with a side of melted butter for dipping. You could also incorporate snow crab meat into soups, omelets, casseroles, or quiches—it will instantly give any dish a robust and rich taste.

Fully Cooked and Ready to Eat

To Defrost: Place package in the refrigerator for 24 hours, or for quick defrosting, immerse crab in cold running water for 15-20 minutes.

Stove Top Heating Method: Steam on rack over 3/4 inch of boiling water for 5 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.

Microwave Heating Method: In 10" round or 8x8x2" microwave safe dish, microwave crab clusters on high 2-2 1/2 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Rotate dish 1/4 turn every minute.

Oven Heating Method: Place 1" of water in a shallow baking tray, place crab on a rack and cover the tray in tin foil. Cook on 400°F for 5 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
