[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its the PS5. It also came with a game bundle, and despite no major holiday sales or anything, it still came at a steep discount. I even played ****'s advocate, so I printed the Walmart.com offer and went to gamestop for comparison. They said they won't have anything like that until Black Friday. Mind you, its currently August.

If i wanted what i got i would have paid 489 dollars for a console i bought it strictly because of the packaging and got a plain ps5 box if i push for a lawsuit i do technically have a case. the picture was the reason i wanted it and bought it. I spent more money for a plain ps5 console because of their advertisement.

Non-working Used PS5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received a PS5 that had clearly been used prior. We followed instructions to set up and it will not work at all. It will not allow us to set up the system at all and immediately powers off even when trying to utilize safe mode. We will be forced to return and exchange. Was disappointing considering this was my kids' entire Christmas present.
