I'm a Mac user, but needed a Windows computer for DTF. (I make custom shirts) Anyways, I thought this computer looked cool. I wasn't excited about having to use Windows, but I love this computer. I still prefer Apple, but I'm glad I went with this one. I recommend it!!

Excellent

The HP Pavilion x360 Convertible - 15.6 HD Touchscreen Laptop was a great purchase. I ordered online and received it within a week.  It's everything I expected it to be. I highly recommend a touch screen. It has a lot of great features.  I did purchase a mouse to use with the Laptop & I like the combination.

Don't Hesitate

I don't need a fancy computer, just something to keep up to date with bills, banking, household stuff, store photos, and a bit of social media.  I've had three HP laptops, each lasting about 6 years.  This one is perfect.  I love the touch screen, backlit keyboard, storage ability, and it's so nice and light.  Came with a 2 year warranty, and I purchased another year - just in case!  I've had it about a month and I love it!  Sam's Club was out of stock, I ordered it online and it was here within a few days.  Great service!

Just what I needed and was looking for

Its a great laptop. Purchased for school use. Only issue is the delay when a web browser is opened. Not sure if it is the internet connection or what. But otherwise, I'm pleased.

Great

Overall, I am very pleased with my new HP Pavillion. The walk-through set-up was relatively simple to follow, the screen is the right size and enlarges nicely for my poor eyes. I appreciate the back-lit keyboard when working at night while my husband sleeps. I also enjoy the foldable touch screen, turning the computer into a tablet when needed. My only complaint, truly, is that the battery doesnt last long enough. But it does charge quickly.

Satisfied with my new HP Pavillion

Touchscreen is great for those used to a tablet computer.  Lighted keyboard very useful, but having all things Microsoft pushed on you all the time is not! (comes with Windows 11 pre-loaded)

So far this has been a good laptop with the exception of the first one that was delivered had a bad camera that would not work. HP tech support was greart and tried everything. Finally had to initiate a return with Sams Club who was great and shipped it out next day.  Would have rated higher if it was not for the camera issue.

Good laptop so far. 1st one had bad camera

I've purchased 3 laptops in the last 60 days for our company and 2 of these needed to be returned.  The first is because the battery wouldn't charge and the second wasn't accepting Microsoft download.

Roulette

I really wanted to like this computer but had to return it.  The fan ran ALL the time - and was noisy.  The computer (fan area) got hot enough that I thought it would catch the desk on fire.  A quick search showed that this was not unusual for some HP models. I tried the fixes listed on the HP website (and others), but none worked.  On a positive note, it was very easy to set up and seemed to work fine otherwise.

Too Hot to Handle

The screen was glitchy from the moment I powered it on, with horizontal lines shooting across it, combined with flashing, and sometimes turning completely off.  I returned it after a week of it getting progressively worse.
