This particular bundle is approximately an $80 savings over buying the pieces individually, so it's a great deal! I'm not really a fan of the Facebook requirement, and I'd like to see more game options  like volleyball for instance, but overall it's lots of fun and many games are a major workout!! I did find that during travel the headset was jostled a bit and powered on in the carrying case, leaving the battery to be completely depleted when we arrived at our destination. Overall, we're very pleased with this purchase and have since purchased another as a gift for grown kids.

Great value and great fun!

I have not been out alot since the Big C. I used to travel between 30,000-45,000 miles a year. The Oculus has allowed me to travel from my home  to any destination that I can think of and to stay fit from the comfort of my own home. I love that everything I need to play is in the head set and the hand controllers.

Great purchase! My son saved up his own money to purchase this on his own. He loves it and the games range in pricing from $10 and up. Its nice that all the games aren't $60 like xbox and ninteno switch games. The bundle is nice to have the extended battery life as well as the hard case to protect it all.

Great Buy!

Takes a couple days to get used to, but then it's a blast! If you are sharing the oculus with family members or friends, the upgraded headband with additional battery is a must. It will provide longer play time AND it's much easier to adjust between players. Very happy with our purchase.

Family fun

It's a good product with quality visuals and great battery life.  The extra battery balances out the unit so it feels very light in comparison to the version 1 with more time to play.  The display is great with bright vivid colors that are better than more expensive competitors...and the Sam's club bundle makes this even cheaper with the accessories.

Love the case but it is a bit tight if you need other accessories with the product.  I need prescription lenses, my eyes are terrible, and the case doesn't fit their case in easily.  It also doesn't connect to PC well via wireless...but can via USB-C 3.0 if your PC can use it.

If you are looking for a great entry into VR you can't get a better unit or price than this.  There are more expensive units, and "new" units coming, but all seem to be in the ~$1,200+ range that don't seem to match the performance of this unit just yet.  I've owned the Quest 1/2, and this is definitely a good upgrade till things get better and cheaper in VR.

I'm sure this will seem as clunky as the first generations of iPod down the line...but it will also be hard to replace and work for a good long time.

Good product, nice package

Love it! I am 40+ female and I play this almost daily. I mostly like the workout app SuperNatural and then for fun, Beat Saber. The extended battery is best if you plan to sweat a lot (I do). It  wipes easily and you can keep it clean. The strap that comes with the VR is elastic so it could trap in sweat - I haven't used it for that but the thought makes me keep using the extended battery. I leave it on and just charge the battery, which charges the set. The handles take AA batteries. You might consider buying a set or two of rechargeable ones. I've had to replace those about once every other week.

I wear glasses. The VR set comes with a small extender to put in to give more space for your glasses. This works well but sometimes the silicon cover (you should definitely use while working out) gets a bit askew and causes the screen to go black. Just adjust the cover and you're golden. This only happens to me when I take the set on and off between workouts but I researched it and it's common for those using the glasses extender.

Great buy

This was a Christmas gift for my husband and he loves it! However we are looking to buy another already because he now has to fight the kids off just to use it. Great family fun, games on here can get expensive but there are a lot of free videos and VR rides that are included with the Oculus. The additional battery pack is definitely needed if you're sharing with friends and family, it helps us get through family night with it being on red but not completely dead. Oh also I didnt know you couldn't stream it to your TV unless you had a chromecast, so if thats something you were wanting to do then make sure your TV has Chromecast built in or you buy one to plug into your TV. Watching whats going on is a lot more entertaining for everyone else. Great purchase and no complaints so far!

Perfect Christmas Present!

Excellent package with additional battery pack on back, nicely balances unit, relieves extra pressure on face. These are expensive, however, mine was on sale.  There is quite a bit to do to initially set up & learn basics, also very few games or experiences are offered for free! At this price point, I would have expected to have a large selection of free items to start.  It appears they want $15-$40 for most games you must download. Also, you can't add external memory card.  So, if you are a heavy game player 128GB may not be enough for you. I have noticed a lot of very young children in more adult aged games, sometimes their language & actions are not appropriate.  Apparently no parental guidance present.

Excellent Package with additional battery pack!

Meta quest 2 is a dynamite VR headset until it breaks.  7 DAYS after I received it the left controller quit connecting to the headset.  Took me two days to find the website to report the problem-another 2 days set waiting on their answer if they will fix or “troubleshoot”. Their technical support people dont even know what to do with their product. They are not customer friendly.  They do not have a customer service phone number - only text/chat.  You have to wait on them to get back to you.  Evidentially the left controller is a issue for quite a few people.  Make sure you keep the boxes cuz you have to have the numbers off the bottom of the box.

Terrible customer service

Not easy to use or setup, battery dies out slowly even when turned off, loses avatar orientation on screen when rejoining game, would not recommend for someone who is not a gamer
