I got this originally to help my mother sleep while sick. However, I tried it after it helped her. At 54, I had not slept a restful 8 hours since starting menopause in my early forties. I thought “older people sleep less” so I must now be in that category. After taking two chewables that are pretty tasty, I am sleeping 8 hours solid, and awake refreshed and alert! Love this. It's now been a month and it's part of my nightly routine.
