This cake traveled 124 miles on the Turnpike and then an hour later 30 more miles to its final destination. Kept it cool with ice packs, and the cake stayed intact and didn't fall apart. Excellent Strawberry Tres Leche Cake

I am usually not a fan of tres leche cake because they are usually too soggy for my tastes but it was my son's birthday and this is his favorite cake so I bought it for him. I was pleasantly surprised by how good this cake was and it was not overly soggy. It was moist and tasted fantastic. I was a little sad because my son made sure he took the rest of the cake with him. I bought another cake the next week because I liked it so much.
