Same-Day Delivery is an exclusive service for the convenience of Sam's Club members. Simply, add eligible items to your cart on SamsClub.com or in the Sam's Club app, select a delivery window, make a payment and your order will be delivered to your door.

You sure can! We're currently piloting Same-Day Delivery, which means at this time there's limited availability on select platforms. It'll become available on both SamsClub.com and on the app once the program is fully rolled out. If you don't see it yet, just check back in a few weeks.
Delivery powered by Instacart is a service where you can shop at Sam's Club using the Instacart app or website. Items are picked and delivered by Instacart shoppers. Fees apply, depending on Instacart policies. Prices may differ from in-club prices. Both Sam's Club members and non-members with an Instacart account can use this service.
Same-Day Delivery from Sam's Club is exclusively for Sam's Club members. You can shop on the Sam’s Club’s app or at SamsClub.com. Items, such as fresh groceries, are picked by Sam’s Club associates and delivered to you by an experienced driver trained in safety and reliability. Items cost the same as in-club. Members only pay a flat delivery fee ($8 for Plus, $12 for Club).
Nope! As an exclusive member benefit, we don't add price markups or extra fees to your delivery order. You get the same members-only price you get shopping in club, on your own. This means we don't charge to pick your order for you. All we charge is a nominal delivery fee to cover the cost of our delivery drivers. The delivery fee is $8 for Plus members and $12 for Club members per order.
Yes, Instant Savings offers are automatically loaded to your account! Instant Savings will be applied to your order when orders are placed during savings events. For more details, read our Terms & Conditions.
We charge a delivery fee of $8 for Plus members and $12 for Club members per order. This fee covers the cost of our delivery drivers. We don't add any item price markup or service fees! You pay the same members-only price as when you are shopping in club on your own.
Nope! You're not restricted by a minimum when you order Same-Day Delivery from Sam's Club. You get to choose only what you need, when you need it, without limitations.
For items like fresh meat, home meal solutions, and some bakery and cheese products, your final price is based on the unit price and the actual weight of the item you purchase. When you select the desired quantity online, you will be shown a maximum price that will be charged for the desired quantity of the respective item. In no event will the final price of the weighted item exceed the maximum price that was authorized when you placed your order.
You'll be charged when the order is dispensed to the driver and is on its way.
No, at this time, Same-Day Delivery orders do not qualify for Cash Rewards.
Our trusted club associates serve as your personal shoppers. They're trained to pick only items with the longest shelf life, of the freshest quality, and that they themselves would bring home. The freshest groceries and other products you may need, such as paper towels or laundry detergent, are all handpicked.
Unfortunately, you cannot give associates specific instructions about which items to select. But our associates are trained how to pick only the freshest groceries.
While many items are eligible for Same-Day Delivery, such as fresh groceries and household items, there are some restrictions. At this time, alcohol, gift cards, tobacco, tires, flowers, prescriptions, café items, and mobile phones are not eligible. Other restrictions include order volume, and height and weight of the item. You can see if an item is available for Same-Day Delivery when checking out. If it's not available for Same-Day Delivery, you can pick it up at the club or have it shipped to you.
Yes! Fresh groceries are available for Same-Day Delivery. We'd love to deliver your fresh grocery order right to your door.
An out-of-stock item will not be displayed online.
If an item is out-of-stock, it will not be displayed online. However, if an item you ordered is not available when our shoppers are compiling your order it will not be substituted. Instead, we'll send you an email to notify you it wasn't available, remove it from the order, and will not charge you for the item.
Your order will be delivered by an experienced driver trained in safety, efficiency, and reliability.
You can choose between greeting the driver to retrieve your order (Greet Driver), or to have the driver simply leave your items at your door (Leave at Door). If Leave at Door is selected, we encourage retrieval of your items as soon as they arrive. Please note, we’re not responsible for any loss or damage of your items after delivery has been made. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. It’ll include a tracking link so you can track it in real time. As soon as your order is delivered, you’ll get an email letting you know so that you can bring it inside right away.
If Greet Driver is selected, we ask that you follow local health guidelines when greeting your driver. If, for any reason, you select Greet Driver but you’re not home to receive your order, your order will be canceled.
For contactless delivery, simply select Leave at Door. Your order will be left at your door. Once your order is delivered, you'll be notified by email.
Yes! For your convenience, we have flexible scheduling. For example, if it's a Thursday night and you'd like your order delivered on Saturday morning, you may place your order on Thursday and choose a Saturday morning delivery timeslot, as long as that slot is available. Delivery slots are first come, first serve.
Same-Day Delivery is available 7 days a week, with the exception of certain federal holidays. There are delivery timeslots as early as 7am and as late as 7pm. Please note that Same-Day delivery is contingent on slot availability. All timeslots are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Orders placed before 2pm can be delivered on the same day, contingent on timeslot availability. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered as soon as the next day, depending on timeslot availability. There are delivery timeslots as early as 7am and as late as 7pm.
Once you complete your online shopping and click "check out," you'll see a list of 2-hour timeslots available to choose from. Select a timeslot and your order will be delivered straight to your door within that delivery window. Delivery begins as early as 7am and goes as late as 7pm. Orders placed before 3pm can be delivered on the same day, contingent on timeslot availability. Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered as soon as the next day, contingent on timeslot availability.
All delivery windows are 2-hours long.
Absolutely! When checking out, you can select which items you'd like delivered and which you'd prefer shipped to you. If you prefer, you can also select to pick up an item at the club. Please be aware, some items are only eligible for delivery or pickup, such as fresh produce and fresh groceries, and some are only eligible for shipping or pick up, such as those with height and weight restrictions. When you check out, just select which method you prefer for each item in your cart, based on its eligibility.
After you place your order, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. When your order is on the way, you can track it in real time so you can retrieve your items right when they arrive. You can also download our app and opt-in to push notifications to receive updates. You'll be notified by email as soon as your order is delivered.
Changes can be made on the Order Details page in your Sam's Club account, either online or in the app. For orders arriving the same day, you can remove items or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. For orders arriving the next day or beyond, you can remove items or cancel your order by midnight on the day you placed it. It's important to note, once your order has been placed you can't add new items or increase the quantity of items in your basket.

Unfortunately, no. You're unable to edit your delivery window once your order is placed. This means it's important to plan ahead. If you need to change your delivery window after you've already placed an order, we recommend canceling the order and creating a new order with a new delivery window. Please keep in mind, you can cancel an order within 30 minutes of ordering if your order will arrive the same day and up until midnight for orders arriving the next day, or beyond.
No, not at this time. But we know life can be unpredictable. So, if Greet Driver is selected, but you're not home to receive your order for any reason, we'll automatically cancel your order. If you chose Leave at Door and you'd like to retrieve it right away, you can track your order in real time using the link in your confirmation email. Keep an eye out, we'll notify you by email as soon as your delivery is made.
If you need to change your delivery method after you've placed your order, just cancel it and create a new order with your desired delivery method. You can always cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it if your order is set to arrive the same day, and until midnight for orders arriving the next day, or beyond.
Tipping your delivery driver is optional. You'll have the option to tip in the checkout process. Delivery drivers receive 100% of their tips.
At this time, you're unable to edit a tip to your driver after your order has been placed or delivered.
We offer a no-questions return policy on all items you purchase at Sam's Club, including your Same-Day Delivery orders. If you're unhappy for any reason, simply return the item you don't want and we will either exchange it or refund all charges (including tax). Please refer to our full returns policy for details and instructions.
