To place a grocery order for delivery, start by browsing eligible items through the Sam's Club website or the mobile app. Once you have added your items to the cart, navigate to the checkout screen and specifically select the Delivery from Club option. You will then need to choose a convenient delivery time slot, which is typically available for same-day or next-day service. Finally, complete your purchase to have the items delivered directly to your specified address.

• Plus Members Fees:
  • Standard Delivery is free on eligible $50+ orders for Plus Members. ($8 for orders under $50.)
  • Express Delivery (as soon as 1 hour) is $10 per order for Plus Members, with no minimum order.
  • Delivery in 3 hours or less is $5, with no minimum order.
• Club Member Fees:
  • Standard Delivery is $12 per order for Club Members with no minimum order.
  • Express Delivery (as soon as 1 hour) is $22 per order for Club Members, with no minimum order.
  • Delivery in 3 hours or less is $17, with no minimum order.
• Add-on Member Fees: Same as Club-level, even if linked to a Plus Membership.
• No markups: There are no markups for items ordered for delivery. Same low Member prices as in the Club.

Generally, grocery delivery is available every day aside from certain federal holidays. Time slots start as early as 7am and as late as 7pm. Please note that Express and same-day services are contingent on slot availability. Order by 1pm for same-day grocery delivery.

Same-day and next-day delivery windows are two hours long. Express grocery deliveries will be delivered as soon as an hour from the time you placed the order.

During checkout, you choose between greeting the driver or having the driver leave your order at your door. If you have your order left, we strongly recommend you bring it in as soon as it’s delivered, particularly if you’ve ordered fresh or frozen items. Please note: Sam’s Club is not responsible for any loss or damage after delivery has been made.

With Curbside Pickup, you can shop for groceries at your club and pick up your order, all without leaving your car. Order online or in the Sam’s Club app. When your order is ready, check in via app, head to the club and park in a Curbside Pickup spot. We’ll even load your car for you.

Grocery pickup is always free for all members.

Grocery pickup for Plus members is between 7am–8pm Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm on Sunday. For Club members, it’s between 10am–8pm Monday to Saturday, 10am–6pm on Sunday.

Absolutely! We’ll keep your refrigerated and frozen items in a temperature-controlled area until you arrive.

We’ll send you a confirmation email, in-app message or text if you provided your mobile number. Message data and rates may apply.

We’ll hold your grocery pickup order for up to 24 hours after your scheduled pickup time. Orders not picked up within 24 hours are subject to cancellation.
