Frequently Asked Questions: Smart TVs

What features should I look at when shopping for a smart TV?

When on the hunt for the perfect smart TV, keep an eye out for key features that'll really amp up your viewing experience.

First up, resolution plays an important part – aim for 4K if you're a detail fanatic. Ensure the smart TV can seamlessly connect to your favorite streaming services. Look for HDR for vibrant colors and deep contrasts.

Next, you need to find the right size, so measure your space and find the sweet spot between screen size and room dimensions. A TV that’s too big can make your space feel overcrowded and uncomfortable. If your seating is further back from the TV, you can usually swing a larger one as well.

LG smart TVs and Vizio smart TVs offer a variety of extra features, so explore things like voice control, multiple HDMI ports, and built-in apps. Don't forget about audio – consider sound quality or explore options for a home theater setup.

What smart TVs do you sell?

You’ll find a rockstar lineup of smart TVs, including fan-favorite brands like LG and Vizio. Whether you're into sleek LG smart TVs with cutting-edge features or prefer the affordability and quality of Vizio, there’s something for everyone. Our selection is always changing depending on the latest TV models, so if you have your eye out for something specific–like a certain brand or model–be sure to check if we have it.

Complete your setup with a TV mount or stand that'll fit your new TV.

What size smart TV is best?

Ah, picking the perfect smart TV size is the ultimate debacle. Before even browsing through smart TVs for sale, consider your space and viewing habits. For cozy setups, a 48” - 58” smart TV might be just right. Looking for more of a cinematic vibe? Go for the 60” - 70” range.

Now, if you're dreaming big, we're talking 75” and larger – that’s perfect for an immersive experience. Sam's Club has a smart TV lineup that caters to all sizes, so measure your space, dream up your perfect movie night, and voila – the best size smart TV for you is ready to make your living room the ultimate entertainment hub.

Do you have a return policy for smart TVs?

Over– or underestimate the size of the smart TV you picked? Don’t fret; it happens. Realize that you prefer to have an LG smart TV over the Vizio smart TV? That’s okay, too. Electronics are covered by the Sam's Club Member Satisfaction Guarantee and can be returned at any time within 90 days.

If you aren't satisfied with the TV you’ve chosen, you can receive a replacement or refund. Get started with your refund by:

• Initiating the refund online and shipping back the TV.
• Calling (888) 746-7726 with your order number. A Member Services Associate will be happy to help.
