About Bed in a Box
Bed in a Box FAQ
It’s no surprise that getting a bed in a box has become a top trend. Sam’s Club offers multiple types of beds in a box. Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions.
What are the benefits of ordering bed in a box?
One of the main benefits to ordering a bed in a box is the delivery. In the past, mattresses delivery has been an event. A traditional mattress is large and bulky, so it must be delivered by a trained crew. When you schedule delivery for a traditional mattress, you must be home to receive the mattress. Then, the delivery crew (usually two or more) would show up and haul your mattress inside. What’s more, it often took weeks to schedule the delivery after ordering. For busy people, having to be home for a specific delivery window can be inconvenient. But with bed in a box, you can decide which mattress you want, order it online and receive it quickly (in days, not weeks). Plus, you’re getting a high-quality sleeping experience at an incredible value. It couldn’t be easier or more convenient.
Will I need a box spring?
You may put your bed in a box on a traditional box spring. Sam’s Club offers a variety of box spring types, including bi-fold box springs which can be delivered in the same way as a bed in a box. Or, you may choose to use a platform bed with your bed in a box. Adding a platform bed is a great way to update the look of your bedroom. Check out the selection of platform bed frames at Sam’s Club.
What are the components of a good quality bed in a box?
The mattress should have a high-quality cover. Many have covers are made of knit fabrics. Knit covers offer a reasonable amount of stretch, and they’re breathable. Underneath the cover, you’ll find foam or fiber. Memory foam will provide support that conforms to the shape of your body. Depending on which mattress, you choose, it will have additional layers of support foam or springs.
We also offer a huge selection of twin mattresses.
