Grilled BBQ Wings

Ingredients

  • Dry BBQ Rub (your favorite)
  • 14 oz BBQ Sauce (your favorite)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 bunch celery
  • Carrots

Directions

  1. If necessary, cut and prepare wings. Trim off the tip and discard. Finding the soft spot, separate the flats from the drum stick.  
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Chicken Wings and Dry BBQ Rub. Mix until well seasoned. Add BBQ Sauce and toss.  
  3. Let marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hrs. 
  4. Prep your smoker so the heat settles at 225ºF. 
  5. Adding your wings, smoke for 3hrs or until fully cooked. 
  6. Preheat your grill to medium heat (350⁰F). 
  7. Place your wings on the grill and cook until they have nice light char on both sides.  
  8. Serve immediately with a side of celery, carrots and your favorite Blue Cheese or Ranch dressing.
