Grilled Romaine Hearts Recipe


What You'll Need

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 romaine hearts, halved (lengthwise)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make It

Whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Brush this mixture over the surface of the romaine hearts. Grill romaine hearts over medium-high heat, for 2 minutes or until slightly charred (to your liking) and slightly wilted. Turn while cooking to char on each side.
