When redeeming the e-Gift Card, a Manager swipe is required. The Manager manually keys in the 19-digit e-Gift Card number and the PIN into the POS and follows the normal steps to complete the transaction. Return this printed page to the Guest and include a copy of their e-Gift Card Voucher.
