Our family Ties...
We are an extended family of coffee growers and roasters, with our own farms in Colombia, and life-long relationships with growers in Guatemala and many other Central and South American countries. These relationships provide us with a dedicated source of supply of the finest specialty grade Arabica coffee available. We use only freshly harvested beans, and never blend them with Robusta, defects, past crop or other fillers.
The Art of Roasting...
We roast in small batches in a process that is half art and half science; caramelizing the natural sugars in the beans to bring out their optimum flavor. We don't over roast like some other brands.
Freshness is everything...
We roast to order in regional small batch roasting facilities in the U.S. We never roast overseas, on a production schedule, or allow distributors to warehouse our coffee. We also do not require large minimum orders from our customers, guaranteeing that you get the freshest coffee possible. You can smell the difference!
