Is the Fish Boneless?
Yes, Member's Mark Steelhead Trout is boneless with the skin left on in case you like to have a crispy skin texture featured on the bottom of your cooked, steelhead trout. The trout fish is sold in individually wrapped fillets and 5 to 8-ounce portions. The wrapped fillets are then placed in a 2-pound resealable bag to provide you with convenient sizing to hold multiple fillets of the steelhead trout and to reseal any extra fillets you'd like to cook at another time.
