Angel was named for its angelic sweetness and in honor of the angels that are carved in stone on the front wall of the Messina Hof winery in Bryan. This wine has been a signature of Messina Hof since the early 1990s. It's made from fruit grown in the High Plains and fermented slowly at very cool temperatures to preserve the aroma. Serve chilled at 45° F.
