Glaze Instructions
For a Crunchy Glaze:
- Place ham on its side and use juices contained in the foil to brush on the upper side of the ham.
- Place ham under broiler until glaze melts and is bubbly (8 minutes).
- Remove ham from oven and serve.
For a Wet Glaze:
- Increase temperature to 425°F.
- Mix dry glaze packet with 2 tbsp of ham juices.
- Spread glaze over ham and between slices.
- Place back into oven for 8 minutes.
- Remove ham from oven and serve.
