Cooking an Eye of Round Roast in a Marinade
Be sure your oven is preheated to 350°F. Take a 3-5 pound eye of round roast beef and allow it to marinate for two hours in your refrigerator. Using your favorite cooking oil, sear the roast on all sides in a skillet. Then, place the eye of round in a 9"x13" dish along with the marinade and bake it for approximately an hour and a half. When it's finished, slice and serve and enjoy.
