The MarketPlace Grill menu is designed to appeal to a wide variety of tastes. Accordingly, it features prime rib of beef; hardwood-grilled steaks, seafood and fish; chicken and pork; pasta; pizza cooked in wood-fired Old World ovens; salads and soups; assorted burgers, wraps and sandwiches; appetizers; and desserts. As a part of the Company’s commitment to quality, all foods are prepared fresh daily; steaks, chicken and seafood are grilled over genuine mesquite charcoal; all steaks are U.S.D.A. Midwestern, corn-fed beef; all soups and sauces are our own custom recipes which are prepared daily.
