Urgent Alerts

Sam's Club may contact you at any time regarding urgent health and safety matters or for emergency purposes, including by auto-dialed text or prerecorded message, regardless of whether you have opted-out of being contacted. Examples may include recalls, product warnings, and other messages that impact health and safety (including family and pets).

Sam's Club Health & Wellness Messenger Text Message Terms & Conditions

By providing your phone number, you are enrolling in the Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. ("Walmart" or "Sam's Club") Health & Wellness Messenger program and agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions: When you enroll, you certify that A) you are the account holder and consent to enroll or have account holder's consent to enroll and B) you are age 18 or older. Sam's Club Health & Wellness Messenger alerts (previously called Pharmacy Prescription Alerts) are a subscription service. There is no charge from Sam's Club for this service, but YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER'S MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. The texts will be sent via automated technology. You enroll to receive automated messages. Participation in the Sam's Club Health & Wellness Messenger alerts program is not required for purchase. You may receive multiple messages related to the status of your prescription. These messages may include notifications when your prescription is ready to pick up, when your prescription has been received at the pharmacy from your doctor, when a delay occurs in filling your prescription or a reminder when a refill is due for your current prescription. You agree that these messages may include limited personal information about your prescriptions, and whoever has access to the mobile phone or carrier account will also be able to see this information. You acknowledge and understand that messages are sent without encryption, which presents some security risk. You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to 95505, calling 1-800-201-0595, contacting your Sam's Club Pharmacy, or contacting us at Walmart Corporate, Privacy Office, MS #0160 702 SW 8th Street, Bentonville, AR 72716-0160.
