It is our objective that our products are free of defects in materials and workmanship; however in the unlikely event a defect should become apparent during the warranty period, Heys USA will repair your luggage at our expense.
The Heys USA warranty is in place to resolve claims resulting from manufacturer defect and does not cover damage including but not limited to: abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, and damage which occurs while the product is in the care or custody of a third party including airlines, hotels and other carriers. This warranty is limited to the value of the product itself. Warranty periods vary from product to product. Please feel free to contact Heys USA at 1-877-276-HEYS, with any questions you may have about your luggage. It is the consumer's responsibility to transport the bag to the authorized repair location, and to provide the original receipt or packing slip along with the warranty card. While we make every attempt to use repair locations that are conveniently located, occasionally you will be required to send your bag postage pre-paid to the closest authorized repair location.
