Herlocher's Dipping Mustard debuted in the famous TRAIN STATION Restaurant in 1978. Its sweet, sassy, sophisticated taste was an instant hit, our customers soon encouraged us to bottle it for take-out. We started slowly, producing small batches a few times a week, but soon outgrew our kitchen facilities. Today, Herlocher's Dipping Mustard can be found in the deli section of more than 50 supermarket chains. Made from only the finest, freshest ingredients, our dipping mustard continues the outstanding culinary tradition started so many years ago in downtown Stat College, Pennsylvania.
Ingredients: Pasteurized whole eggs, sugar, water, mustard flour, distilled vinegar, food starch - modified, and turmeric.
