    Please read the following information in its entirety prior to placing an appliance order.

    Most deliveries can be made within 3-5 business days (availability and frequencies are determined by zip code). Members will be contacted one day prior to the delivery date and given a predetermined 4-hour delivery window. Delivery does NOT include installation. Installation is available for an additional fee. (Availability note - install services are not available in all locations.)

    The option to have old appliances hauled away is available in most areas for an extra fee. The old gas range must be disconnected and removed from the gas line prior to the delivery agents arrival in order to complete the haul away. (Availability Note: Install services are not available in all locations.)

    Installation Includes:

  • Disconnecting existing gas range, as long as it is connected to natural gas - not LP or propane
  • Installing new gas range
  • Verifying that the new unit is fully functional

    During Delivery:

  • Be sure to have the necessary installation accessories (i.e. flexible gas line) available for the delivery person. Federal, State, and Local codes prevent the reuse of existing installation accessories.
  • Inspect your new appliance for damage. The delivery person will explain your options if damage is discovered.
  • Verify that your new appliance has been tested and is operational before signing the Proof of Delivery.

    If installation of the gas range is purchased for an extra fee, it cannot be completed unless all of the conditions below exist:

  • Delivery agents will disconnect the existing gas range prior to installing the new unit in the same location, using new connection hardware, as long as the existing as range is connected to natural gas (not LP, or propane gas).
  • The gas range can be converted to LP (propane) by a qualified installer/servicers. Delivery agents/installers CANNOT perform this conversion service, nor can delivery agents/installers disconnect an existing range connected to LP (propane) gas.
  • The existing range must be a "free standing" range and cannot be attached to the cabinets on either side.
  • A flexible gas connection is required.
  • There must be a 110/120-volt, three-prong, grounded electrical outlet within 2' of the range and must be protected by a 15 Amp or 20 Amp circuit breaker or time delay fuse.
  • The existing gas supply line must be a rigid black pipe, at least 1/2" diameter and have a working, accessible "shutoff" valve that can be used to turn off the supply of gas to the range.
  • There must be a threaded connection on the valve that is within 5" of the back of the range.
  • The flooring underneath the range cannot be carpeted and must be able to withstand temperatures of 180 degrees Fahrenheit and higher.
  • If there is a wall on either side of the range, it must be at least 2" from the side of the range.

    Please have your home ready for your new appliance. Unless ALL conditions listed above exist, the installer will be unable to perform the installation.


  • Warranty

    1 full year limited on parts and labor

    GE is responsible for providing warranty service for this product. For complete warranty details refer to the GE Warranty Guide with the product or call the General Electric Company at 1-800-626-2000.

    Orders need to be cancelled a minimum of three business days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Orders cancelled after that time are subject to a $35 restocking fee.

    GE or Hotpoint appliances purchased online from Sam's Club and delivered by GE Home Delivery may be returned or replaced if the Member discovers the product is damaged or does not work properly and contacts GE within two business days. Sam's Club Members must contact GE directly at 1-877-885-2787 within 48 business hours of delivery in order to be eligible for returning or replacing the original appliance.

    Please inspect your delivery thoroughly before signing your receipt.
