Please read the following information in its entirety prior to placing an appliance order.
Most deliveries can be made within 3-5 business days (availability and frequencies are determined by zip code). Members will be contacted one day prior to the delivery date and given a predetermined 4-hour delivery window.
Professional installation services are available in most locations for an extra fee. The option to have old appliances hauled away is also available in most areas for an extra fee. (Availability Note: Install services are not available in all locations.)
If the optional installation is NOT available in the member’s area and/or not purchased, the old dishwasher must be disconnected from the water line and removed from the counter in order for the delivery agent to perform a haul away.
In order for installation of a new dishwasher to be completed, the conditions below must exist.
Please have your home ready for your new appliance. Unless ALL conditions listed above exist, the installer will be unable to perform the installation.
Installation does not include drilling into certain countertop materials such as granite or Corian.
NOTE: This installation service is not available in the state of Texas.

GE is responsible for providing warranty service for this product. For complete warranty details refer to the GE Warranty Guide with the product or call the General Electric Company at 1-800-626-2000.
Orders need to be cancelled a minimum of three business days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Orders cancelled after that time are subject to a $35 restocking fee.
GE or Hotpoint appliances purchased online from Sam's Club and delivered by GE Home Delivery may be returned or replaced if the Member discovers the product is damaged or does not work properly and contacts GE within two business days. Sam's Club Members must contact GE directly at 1-877-885-2787 within 48 business hours of delivery in order to be eligible for returning or replacing the original appliance.
Please inspect your delivery thoroughly before signing your receipt.
