Fournier Père et Fils winery dates back through generations of winemakers and is located in the commune of Chadoux, in the renowned winegrowing village of Verdigny in the Sancerre wine region. Serve at 8 to 10 °C with red meats and nicoise salad.
Winemaker's notes: Static racking of the must. Electronic thermo-regulated fermentation (16-20°) in stainless steel tanks for a period of 3 weeks. No malolactic fermentation. Maturing on fine lees. Can be aged for up to 2 or 3 years.
