What Is The Best Way to Prepare Curley's Fully Cooked Pit Smoked Chicken Thighs?
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 325° F. Remove thighs from package and place on oven suitable tray or pan "bone side down." Cover with foil (loosely on top and tight around the edges). Place in oven and heat for 20 minutes. Carefully remove foil. Continue heating for another 5 minutes to crisp up skin for best finish. Remove from oven and let stand for 3 minutes, then serve and enjoy.
Grill: Preheat grill to medium high 375° F. Remove thighs from package and place on grill "bone side down" about an inch apart from each other. Heat thighs for 10 minutes. Flip thighs over to "skin side down" and continue heating for 3 minutes. Remove thighs from heat and let stand for 3 minutes, then serve and enjoy.
