Crepes A-Go-Go has brought a new concept to the Washington, D.C., metro area. We had our humble beginnings on the streets of Paris many years ago. There was once a Parisian street vendor who had a vision. You see, people in France had been enjoying the unique taste sensation of the crepe for decades, even centuries. However, across the ocean, many people had never eaten a crepe before, let alone had a creperie in their city.
And so, with enthusiasm, grit, and lots of luck, the Parisian street vendor brought the concept of the crepe to America. A variety of fresh ingredients, folded into a delicately light and thin pancake, was served hot off the griddle in U.S. cities.
