Chateau Greysac's Bordeaux brings deep fruit flavors that mingle nicely with cedar and spice. It's fermented for 8 days in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, with 10-12 days post-maceration time. Malolactic fermentation is 20% in barrels and 80% in tank. Aged 12 months in oak barrels (25% new).
