Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine's original location began in 2004 in Winter Park, Florida. Doved and Tammy Sexter assumed ownership of Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine in 2009, retaining many of the original chefs that helped open the restaurant in 2005. Paying special attention to authenticity, Doved and Tammy have seamlessly transitioned Bosphorous into the household name that it is today.
