- 8 slices Hormel® Black Label® Bacon
- 16 dates
- 4 oz. goat cheese
1Preheat oven 375 degrees.
2Cut a lengthwise slit into each date lengthwise and remove the pit.
3Place a ½ tsp. of goat cheese into the opening. Pinch the dates closed.
4Cut the bacon slices in half. Wrap around each stuffed date (about 1 ½ times) and secure with a toothpick.
5Arrange evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Flip each date, and bake for another 5-8 minutes, or until browned to your taste.
6Place the cooked dates onto a paper towel-lined plate and let cool for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
