If you've never done this, let me tell you, they are VERY heavy and awkward. Needless to say, I hurt the muscles in my back and this product came at the right time! It's been helping quite a bit with the pain. Highly recommend for aches and pains!! It took about 45min. to kick in and lasted for about 6hours before I needed another dose.

I was always taught that if you have heart problems or are older a hater aspirin a day will help you not get a heart attack. I've always chosen bayer aspirin when it came to any pain for anything.
