Benefiber Daily Prebiotic Fiber Supplement Powder, Unflavored 26.8 oz.

I have it a good go adding it to my cup of water three times a day (breakfast, lunch and supper) but I didn't see any results from taking. I was really hoping this would be the fix.

Didn't work for me

The nurse practitioner at my gastroenterologist’s office recommended I take this Benefiber daily. Without giving TMI, I was having difficulty with both diarrhea and constipation, never knowing which to expect.
The nurse practitioner sold me on Benefiber when she said the Gastro doctors always had a container of Benefiber in their break room to use in their morning coffee. I figured if it is good enough my gastro doctors, it’s worth a try. 
I was not disappointed, and now use it daily, in my first cup of coffee. Occasionally I need to stir it more than usual, not sure why that happens, but it is no big deal. The nurse practitioner said it will dissolve easily in cold drinks, and water as well as hot drinks, but I have only used it in my coffee.
There is absolutely NO taste, aftertaste, or grit in the Benefiber.
I recommend you ask your own gastroenterologist how much to use daily; I was told to use more than my husband, and he uses less than the directions advise. For peace of mind and regularity, without bloating, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Benefiber.
