These taste amazing. Very fruity and lemony. They really do help with overall feeling of well-being. You will notice about a week in that these work. It doesn't fix everything but in conjunction with proper rest, diet, mindset these will boost your mood.

At first glance, the gummy is appealing to the eye and doesn’t have a horrible smell like most gummy supplements. The taste is almost like fruit juice mixed with plastic and it has the consistency of rubber. I can get past all of that, but after about 45 minutes of taking the supplement. Olly is one of my favorite brands and grew to love them! They are yummy have a cute marketing scheme but they are a bit pricey! I do know some of the products can be found in other products for half the price but Inlove the Sleep vitamins because they do work!

This has been a good solution for a sleep aid. The gummies have a distinct taste, not bad just definitely strong. It has helped me fall asleep faster, but there are times where I will still wake in the night and stay restless from the rest of the night.
