Excellent product! I use it prevent night cramps! My cramping has been minimized by this product.

Looked up reviews on this brand and they are as good as the big brands. Take this one because it is supposed to be one that your body can utilize very well. No concerns about this magnesium. Great price too.

Good stuff was out and had to reorder. Will reorder much earlier due to the long shipping time. Think it took over a week to even ship and then another week after that to receive it

Exactly what I was looking for - for calmness and sleep. Many stores carry Magnesium Oxide & Magnesium Citrate but very few carry this particular Magnesium which is Magnesium Glycinate which is better absorbed by the body.

Label and Title are deceiving. Item is only 120mg. It states that the 120mg of Magnesium are "from 665 mg of Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate Buffered-" What does that even mean? I expected to have capsules of 665 mg of Magnesium Glycinate and this is not the case, at all. I had been taking 400mg of another brand and thought I'd try these. I was wondering why these were not helping as much as the 400mg. Then, I found the other brand old bottle and compared labels. My other, 400mg, is actually 400mg of Magnesium Gylcinate. Not 75mg of something from something else. . . Sheese, can't trust anything now-a-days. . . Deceit and incompetence abounds.

After suffering with leg cramps for the last several years while I slept. It recently got worse where I was getting several times per night. My daughters friend who is a DO suggested trying this form because it's the best absorbed. After 30 days of taking one pill/ day I have not had any leg cramps.
