Great alternative to name brand - very similar product with comparable results, highly recommend as alternative to more expensive brands. Product works well when extra help is needed staying asleep. Overall melatonin isn't always completely effective for me but this brand worked as well as regular brand for me.

Normally it takes me an hour or more to fall asleep once I am in bed. I took the melatonin 10mg about 15 minutes before bedtime and was surprised I fell asleep so quickly. I slept all night and did not feel drugged up the next morning. I would definitely recommend this product and will continue to use it.

It is difficult to review something time released like a supplement. You don't notice an immediate difference in how you feel, especially if you have already been taking the same kind of supplement. I seem to sleep better, as one would normally expect from melatonin, so they must be doing the trick, but since there is no appreciable difference, it's tough to cheerlead for this particular product.

I received this product as part of the Sams Club Members Mark customer review process. I have been taking this product for several weeks now and can say that I am sleeping well. I like the fact that it is a timed release product and works over a number of nighttime hours. The pill itself is small and easy to swallow

I was taking Melatonin 5 mg for years, but recently waking up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and could not fall back to sleep. Would lay in bed tossing and turning for 2 hours until I eventually fell asleep. Bought this Members Mark Melatonin 10 mg Sustained Release and it's unbelievable. I can fall back to sleep within in minutes and fell well rested in the morning.

I've been taking many Sam's Club supplements for several years now but recently I felt like I needed something to help to sleep better. I just started taking this melatonin a month ago and I noticed very quickly that I was sleeping better through the night. I sleep better now and I wake up ready to start my day. It's a great value and very affordable.

This is the first time I've used Melatonin. I was happily surprised that I did not feel groggy the following morning. The first time I took the sleep aid about 30 minutes prior to going to bed and since I have been taking it about 45 minutes before bedtime, that little extra time seems to have done the trick for me.

READ THE LABEL. My bad as this is a Sam's Club generic product I bought from Walmart.com (part of Sam's Club) and resold by a 3rd party for DOUBLE the price. Same exact product/count is $12.58 on Sam'sClub.com. I thought I was buying Naturol as that's what I use. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice ….. not gonna happen.

I don't use these pills every night, but they work great when I feel I really have to get a good nights sleep, or I realize before going to bed that I may need a little extra help. I like the fact that they are timed released so they help through the night. I don't usually have trouble falling asleep, it is the 2:00 am wide awake routine that I am trying to avoid!
