I'd give this Melatonin a negative score If I could. They do not work at all. I honestly feel like they made my inability to sleep worse than it normally is. I returned them and will never buy them again.

I use melatonin on a regular basis to help me get to sleep at night. The time-release feature of this product enables me to stay asleep longer without waking p through the night. This is a great product for sleep health.

I have tried melatonin before, but somehow it didn't have any effect on me, except to make me sleepy the next day. This one seems to be working almost immediately and I mostly sleep like a baby.

No difference/ineffective, for me. Have used melatonin before, this one didn't make me tired, period. 5mg in another form/brand had worked before. Glad this was cheap, going to get tossed, tried for month.

Tried CBD and other expensive sleep aids, wish I would have found these before spending that money. I take one pill 30-45 min before I am going to bed and am out like a light for a good 6-8 hours! Highly recommend!

Members Mark Melatonin 10 mg tablets do help me fall asleep. The pill is a round average size pill that is easy to swallow. The bottle has a flip up lid that makes dispensing the pill easier.. I do find that sometimes in the mornings I still feel a little sleepy but not sure if that is related to the melatonin or not
