This product has way too many filler ingredients that are not healthy. It did not help me sleep any better. I tend to have trouble falling back to sleep after waking in the middle of the night. This product did not help with that.

Took the one pill and I was out! Got up to use the bathroom and felt almost drunk! Went right back to sleep! I will say this there were no after effects the next morning either. Wasn't groggy or anything. I would recommend for occasional sleepless nights.

I have trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep. I decided to try these time released Melatonin. The first night I fell sound asleep and stayed asleep all night. I woke up feeling so much better! These pills are very small and easy to swallow. I sometimes have a problem swallowing large pills so I was excited that they are small. I would definitely recommend these pills to anyone needing a good nights sleep!!!
