I only received Member's Mark Timed Release Melatonin a week ago, but it seems to relax me and allow me to fall asleep quickly. I sleep most of the night and wake refreshed in the morning. Since it is 10mg < I only nee to ake one pill just before be. It is defintely worth a try if you have trouble sleepig.

We normally purchase Melatonin time release from another distributor but it was not available. While shopping at Sam's I checked just to see if just maybe they carried the Melatonin time release and to my surprise they did and it was Members Mark brand thatvis always cheaper!

I've been taking many Sam's Club supplements for several years now but recently I felt like I needed something to help to sleep better. I just started taking this melatonin a month ago and I noticed very quickly that I was sleeping better through the night. I sleep better now and I wake up ready to start my day. It's a great value and very affordable.

I bought this due to the value. 250 pills for $10. I usually used the gummies. So I tried and they didn't seem to work for me. One night I took 2 still took a while before I slept had to work the next day so only maybe 2-3 hours. Was groggy all day. I decided to return and not continue to to keep taking. Felt like they were doing more harm than good. Went back to gummies. Guess they weren't for me.

I got this Melatonin for my husband to help him sleep. The members mark brand worked well for him. It helped him relax so he could sleep. It was the right strength and the pill was easy to swallow. I thought the time release also played apart in keeping him asleep and therefore I could sleep!

Tried this melatonin tablet for a few days to help sleep through the night. They worked well as I didn't wake up around 2-3 am as I usually do so they seemed to get the job done. I also did not have any drowsiness in the morning as some other products give you. The pill size was reasonable and they had not taste to to them so that was also a benefit. I will continue to use these as needed and would recommend if melatonin helps one get to sleep or for me stay asleep.

I've used the dissolving tablets for some time. However, these time released tablets are certainly superior! They not only appear to help me get to sleep easier, but they help me stay asleep throughout the night without side effects. Highly recommended.

I like the fact that it is a timed release product and works over a number of nighttime hours. The pill itself is small and easy to swallow

Works great for me to fall asleep fast and I always wake up feeling rested. Large bottle for a great price. Will last a long time with 250 tablets per bottle. I only take one tablet before bed and this works very well for me. I would recommend to anyone wanting a good night's rest.

I purchased these because I have been having problems sleeping and I prefer natural products. I took one right before bedtime with a full glass of water. Unfortunately it didn't help me sleep. Within an hour my skin was stinging and itching. I began coughing and choking, and had difficulty breathing. I took diphenhydramine to counteract the reaction and sat up until the symptoms subsided. I believe I may be allergic to Melatonin.
