We have loved and purchased this soap for years since the Members Mark name. Unfortunately a new bottle design has made this product extremely frustrating and annoying to use. The bottle must be turned cap-side down in order to set it down. The cap is very hard to flip open. The cap takes both hands to open, it practically takes a screwdriver to pry it open unless you have strong thumb nails. Once the cap is open, the soap slowly moves through the awkward bottle design and it can not be set back down in an upright position. Unfortunately the cap closes again once you set it down. The cap also fills up with water since it is upside down. The old design allowed you to easily flip open the cap and simply set it down upright allowing the cap to remain open for additional applications. The new bottle does feel lopsided and it is very awkward. The soap in the inside of the bottle is excellent. It is unfortunate that the design of the bottle has changed making this product frustrating, annoying, awkward, difficult to use and undesirable. In our household this soap went from a 5 star rating down to a 0. Please bring back the old packaging type design.
