I'VE HAD OURS FOR TWENTY YEARS:

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had ours for twenty years and still kicking just filters and cleaning we are thinking of getting a new one even though this one still works good, some wear here and there some seals need to be replace but it is time and we might keep it a bit longer maybe in a few more years will get a new one, will see,,

Disappointed

Bought this coffee maker 8 months ago to replace our previous Mr Coffee that we loved! It died on us yesterday. Beeps 3 times like normal when you turn it on but then won't brew. Contacted Mr Coffee customer service, sure hope they own up to their product and replace it since we've only had it 8 months!!

I have this Mr. Coffee model since 2016

I'm extremely satisfied with the performance and quality of the coffee it produces! My only complaint is obtaining the water filtration system refills? Both stores that carry them in the past are Out of Stock everywhere! I hope an online offer will come to our area soon! Please notify me through my email if possible! Thanks

TWO PURCHSES - neither lasted more than 3 months

I bought the first one about a year ago, one morning after about 4 months stopped working. I always use the programable so coffee is ready when i wake up...nothing like waking up to the smell of fresh brewed coffee right? so I figured maybe just a defective pot. So I bought another one and this morning after only 3 months it stopped working. Same defect? Programable didn't work, but green light was on...when i pushed the button to start I got the same defect as before, it beeped and didn't work. So two purchases in a year is not working for me.

Inconvenient!!

This is the SECOND COFFEE MAKER THAT I HAVE TO GO BACK AND EXCHANGE. THE PANEL WHERE THE TIME IS DOESN'T LIGHT UP!!!! RIDICULOUS!! How many mone boxes I have to open To get another one that doesnt iluminate!! Very upset. I drink coffee all day long. I guess I should CHANGE BRAND AFTER ALLLLL THIS YRS.!!

Great tasting coffee, easy to use!

We purchased this coffeemaker in Sam's club mid-April. We love everything about it, particularly the great tasting coffee. Unfortunately, after one month of use, IT DIED for no reason. The plug worked fine, we tried different plugs. I had kept my receipt, so was able to return it without problem. I am going to order another one, hoping the short-circuit, or whatever it was, was a fluke.

My JWX23 Failed again. :(

Hello. How long is my Mr. Coffee supposed to last? My original JWX 23 failed and now so has the one it was replaced with about a year and a half ago. I know they don't last forever but I was wondering how long I might expect them to last. I love that machine and am a loyal Mr. Coffee buyer. Love 'em! Please help. Thanksgiving is in two days!

Quit working at 4 months

I bought this coffee maker on 9/26/16. It has made noises since I have received. I can live with that, although not normal. This morning it tells me it is finished brewing by making the 5 beeps, but will not brew. I believe I should have a replacement for this item, since it has only been 4 months.

Standard features, but hard to read control panel

We selected this for it's looks, but it doesn't do any more than the basic model which is half the price. In addition, the clock is NOT backlit and very hard to read. The rest of the buttons and their descriptions are difficult to distinguish for these 70+ year old eyes. For the extra price, I'd stick with the more basic models that perform the same functions.

Strong brew

I bought my coffee maybe six months ago you can program it to start your coffee which is a great feature strong brew even better feature but when it does brew the coffee and it beeps to allow you to know it's done which is another great feature if you let it sit for even 10 minutes it doesn't turn off the coffee pot but your coffee is not hot anymore I'm not sure why that's happening it seems like the hot plate or maybe the heating element went out
