We purchased this product in hopes of getting better service in our old cinder block building. We purchased the kit and an additional satellite. So far, the internet has never been better. We attempted to cover two floors with the system we bought. We may still have to buy an additional satellite in our larger gather spaces but of hallway/classroom space, it is doing a fine job!

Very easy to set and fixed my wifi issues. I was using 2 wifi routers previously - I had them set up to the same SSID per recommendations, but sometimes hand-off was poor and (even worse) the old routers would just randomly drop for no apparent reason.I originally intended to get "compact" set (RBK23 satellites) that each have 2 ethernet ports and can be used to as a backhaul line to the main router ("hard" ethernet line back to the main hub). I figured this was necessary to ensure a solid connection, but I accidentally ordered the RBK33 instead (these plug directly into the wall and lack the 2 ethernet ports). Much to my surprise and satisfaction, the wireless backhaul works great! No hard line needed! They easily cover every inch of my 4500 sq ft home! Awesome!

I could not get my reception Throughout my home with my iPhone 6 and 10 and to download and watch a movie that's 2 hrs long took 3 hrs because the download was so slow! Now those problems have gone away. The NETGEAR Orbi Home WiFi System AC2200 Tri-Band WiFi, took me from paying for a non working (showing that I had 100 speed) but register at 46. When I purchased NETGEAR reality was in the speed! The speed of my download of a movie, Accesd to my IPhone thought the House. Speed on my computer.

I've been running an Arris router from Spectrum and a Netgear extender in a 4,000 sq ft house. Ever since we moved in, we had slow internet, dropped signal, dead spots, and slow switchover between router/extender and multiple bands. The Orbi was easy to setup, update the software/firmware, and convert from router to AP (the Arris still does the routing). The result has been rock solid internet with no dead spots and seamless coverage as I move throughout the house. I will say that bought a model with coverage for 2x my square footage and it was a good choice!! Yes, it was not cheap, but for a household tht has very high internet demands (2 Apple TVs, 4 Firesticks, 3 security cameras, 3 computers and 6 mobile devices), the Orbi system is perfect!!

We just purchased a new home and we were looking for a WiFi solution. We had our home wired and already had a router and switched installed. Orbi was the best option for our needs. We configured it for Access points only and were able to cover our entire 10000 square foot property without WiFi limitations. Thank you Orbi!!

You won't be disappointed. The system is extremely easy to set up (use the phone app) and the performance is top notch. I had a single router prior to this and the difference is very noticeable. And it's not just the difference of getting full bars no matter where I am in my house. The experience is also different when comparing the same signal strength. Full bars on this system performs noticeably better than full bars on the old router. The newer technology in this system (e.g. beam forming) and the optimizations that are automatically done for you (e.g. channel selection) make this an easy to recommend wifi solution. Also, the freedom to unplug the satellites and just plug them in anywhere else and be online in a matter of seconds, is awesome.

I have had the Orbi Router with 2 Satellites combined with a Netgear nighthawk modem for about a year. 5,000 + sqr/ft house that is cut up funny. We have 13 + connections to it at any one time; TVs, I phones, Xbox, Echo, security system, printer...... Worked well but we had to reset the system a lot. Two weeks ago we had a total system failure. Spectrum came out and cleaned up some static in the line and we had to go into the orbi system and update the channel; huge difference and working better than ever. Great product but I need to add a fourth satellite to reach the new addition.

Bought this to increase wireless coverage and the enhanced parental controls. The entire setup process is very easy and the built in Disney Circle is also very easy to use. Entire house now has great coverage. We typically have 15-25 devices connected ranging from home automation to TV over IP and tablets. So far everything is working great.

Work in the IT field and this product exceeds expectations. It was very simple to install. Just download the app, follow the on screen prompts and within a few minutes the system is up and running. I get much better download speeds with this router then through the wireless router provided by my internet provider. Have a two story colonial with plaster wall and brick construction inside/outside. Placed the router in the back of the house, a satellite in the front near the front staircase and the 3rd in the hallway at the top of the stairway. The coverage is now complete and strong through our entire house. No drops or weak signals. Highly recommend this product.

I couldn't be more happy with the Orbi! I have the two satellites and was able to reach my entire 2500 sq ft house and detached garage that is over 30 ft away (I have one satellite located in a shed that is between house and garage). It has achieved exactly what I was looking for - an overall better wireless solution and experience.
