I bought this and have used it twice. The 1st Time it worked great, the 2nd time i put everything in it, checked it a couple hours later and the outside of it was hot to touch but all 3 crocks were cold and the food was still the same as when I put it in. I will be returning it!

I was hesitant to buy this after reading all of the bad and mediocre reviews however due to the 2 1/2 qt size I decided to take a chance. In taking the advice of other reviewers, I put water in each of the pots and set the temp to "high" to get rid of the plastic smell that so many people wrote about. Yes, there was a slight plastic smell but not as bad as I was thinking. The problem is, even on the high setting, after 40 minutes the water I put in two of the pots is, maybe, luke warm; the third pot is still tap water cool. The outer casing of the entire system feels very cheap. I wish Crock Pot brand sold the 2 1/2 qt size. Of course I will be returning this cooker by the end of the day today. So disappointed!

I love that each pot is bigger then the usual triple slower cookers; I can hold a lot it each cooker. I also love that it cleans up very easy.

I bought this for open house tours and it's perfect for an entrée and two sides. Much easier to haul around one slow cooker than three.
