[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family has tried every brand on the shelf and Dawn Platinum is the best! I cook for seven to eleven people on a weekly bases and this stuff gets the tough, baked on, use your muscles to scrub off crud. I will never use another product. Dawn not only gets the crud and grease off your dishes, it gets it out of your clothes and car upholstery too!

It works well, but the fragrance is terrible! Please make an unscented version or re-work this. I don't want my dishes and pans to smell like flowers, either. Mrs. Meyer's has a good thing going with their herb-based scents. Perhaps you would consider something similar, or as I mentioned before, unscented would be fine, also!

This is my everday dish soap. I love it and will not change brands. I have tried alot of other but nothing suds up and cleans as good. It does really good on glass and also pots and pans. It cleans really good and has a great smell. I recommend you give it a try. You will be glad you did.

I bought this because I couldn't find original. Big mistake. Hard to rinse off. I had grease in pan, poured full strength to wash and rinse and the pan was still greasy. That never happened with original. I am thinking they didn't test product. I do not recommend this product at all. I also don't like odors and it smells funny.

DAWN's Platinum dishwashing liquid is the best I've ever used. Many products lay claim to being powerful but this one really is! Additionally, it works great on getting grease and dirt out from under your fingernails. They should use DAWN Platinum in nail salons. Maybe they already do!

I was super excited to try the platinum because who doesn't love less scrubbing. I made the mistake of not smelling it before I brought home the "refreshing rain" scent, and boy did i make a mistake! I started filling my sink of hot water added the soap and found myself looking around the house trying to figure out what that smell was. My husband joined the search because he could smell it too. After many minutes of searching we realized it was in fact the dishes. We sniffed the bottle and it was the culprit. My husband described it as "the underside of a wet rock." So needless to say we will not be purchasing this particular scent again but my dishes were much less greasy and did not require 2 passes through the wash as they usually do. Great product horrible scent.

I've been an avid Dawn user and trusted it to clean my baby's dishes, but I just bought the Platinum new scent and it is terrible. It has a horrid chemical smell with a lingering rancid smell. I will no longer be buying Dawn sadly. Please go back to the original fragrance!

Dawn is great for so much. Dissolves. Grease in pans and on other surfaces. Good hair stripping shampoo and good kitten wash. Don’t particularly care for special scents just want to get the job done. For fish smells though a lemon based cleaner is far superior

I have used this product for years. Bought a new bottle and whatever you guys changed, it was a huge mistake. Smells terrible, dried out skin after just washing a couple of items. So disappointed that I’m going to have to find a new product and throw this one away. I have never been so triggered to where I felt the need to get on a basic product’s website to leave a review.

You can’t beat the grease cutting power in a small squirt of Dawn products. The scent smells fresh and clean. However, I believe the aroma is no better or worse than other Dawn products or any other brand name dish detergent. The reason for 4 stars, is because I don’t like anything on my hands and usually don’t wear gloves. I find that Dawn is extremely hard on my hands. However, I like how Dawn is used to clean birds and marine life, who are victims of environmental disasters.
