I wish someone at Dawn would wake up and realize most people Do Not want so much perfume in their soap. Dawn is a really great cleaning product. I've used Dawn for years as an all purpose cleaner mixed with vinegar and water. It does a great job on windows, in bathrooms and the kitchen. I was a restaurant manager for years and this was our major cleaning product. It does do a good job on dishes but Holy Cow the perfume is horrible, the scent is so strong it's overpowering to people who are sensitive to odors. It does not always rinse clean off of dishes. The only thing more gross than tasting soap on your silverware is feeling crusted on left over food. If unscented Dawn was available I'd use it exclusively even if it was only lightly scented I'd probably use it exclusively but when my dish water smells like my grandmother's dresser drawers I'm only going to use it when it's diluted with water and vinegar.

As others have mentioned, I have been using Dawn Platinum for years. It no longer seems to clean as welI and the new scent is vile. I recently tried one of the Power washes but didn't notice the scent I chose. Also awful and couldn't wait to finish. Bought Power wash in Fresh Scent but thought I'd try the Platinum again since all the squeezing can be annoying. After I transferred the Platinum detergent to a smaller bottle, had to go look at the refill size bottle to see if something was wrong. Well, not at all a fan of your change and now stuck with a giant bottle.

I am a loyal user of regular Dawn, I love it's grease cutting properties and it has been my favorite dish soap for many years. I recently purchased the Dawn Platinum refreshing rain scent. Although it cleans well, it has a horrible scent, I thought there was something moldy in the kitchen, it took me a while to realize it was the dish soap!

The most disgusting scent ever. It smells like rotten garbage. It's literally making me sick. I have been using Dawn on grease stains for my laundry for as long as I can remember, and I will now have to find something else. Some spilled in my driveway, and in the morning I nearly puked after smelling it. When did they change this? Horrendous.

This is a great dish soap to have! It's slightly thicker than regular dish soap, which makes it last longer in my opinion. It smells fresh and clean but not overpowering or artificial. It's also really tough on grease, which is awesome. I highly reccommend this!

I have sworn by Dawn products for years now and the new formula for the platinum dish soap was so nauseating and rancid smelling that I threw the whole bottle out. I tried to get through it but I just couldn’t do it. I Switched to the Gain dish soap and it is much more pleasant, though doesn’t suds up as good as Dawn. I suggest the team go back to the drawing board on this formula because there are a lot of unhappy customers.

I love Dawn products and don't think I'll ever stay. I've used Dawn since I was a teen ... many moons ago ... and can say the Ultra Platinum is the best. The dishwashing liquid takes off hard to get to stains and leaves my pots and pans shiny. Price point seems average, but you can always find a coupon or two. Would definitely purchase this dish liquid again.

I've been a diehard fan of "blue Dawn" for years. The scent was mild and not overpowering and it was the best at cleaning the dishes! I've also ised it MANY times in concoction with other ingredients to care for skunked doggies. I bought a bottle the other day...the scent is nauseating and I don't know why! I only buy Dawn because I love how it smells and performs. However, the Refreshing Rain Scent is the stickies smell EVER! I love the original scent. The Rain Scent smells like the dollar store brand that I had to get on a recent vacation. I couldn't wait to get through that bottle and bought some Dawn. To my dismay that RR Scent smells like that stinky stuff. Please don't stop making the original Scent. I use Dawn all over my house and that fresh original scent makes everything smell so nice.
