I love Dawn and have been a dedicated user many years, I'm 61. I was so disappointed when I bought this new bottle of platinum. This scent is unbearable to me. I have fragrance allergies and this is definitely triggering me. So sad to have this happen. I use green for non grease and platinum for greasy dishes/pans. I actually had to give this to my husband for the outside Dawn we keep for the crab pot and anything else that needs cleaning. He uses Dawn in his sprayer for bug control - works great or killing insects. Please work on this scent.

Dawn provides me with not only a refreshing smell but a powerful cleaning agent for all my dishes, and counter tops. With Dawn I always feell like I am getting my moneys worth in a good product. I really wish the scent had not been changed. I have used Dawn for many, many years due to its many uses and cleaning power but also because of the scent. The new scent is giving me migraines and/or allergy issues. Please go back to the original scent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has taken off stubborn baked on grime from many pans. Works better than anything I've ever tried before. Smells wonderful and I have used it as a laundry booster for greasy and very dirty clothes.

I didn't realize I purchased the new "clean scent" and it took me a few times of washing dishes to figure out what the awful smell was coming from. It reminds me of the fake smelling scented trash bags which for me leads to an instant headache. I have always used Dawn, but will be pruchasing a new brand unless they go back to the original scent.

Dawn is just simply the Best dishwashing soap on the market. You don’t see anything else being used to clean animals after an Oil Spill do you? On top of that it’s such a great cleaner. It smells great it gets hard to get out stuck on food off easily too. It’s just an all around best product.

0 stars!! This is the most disgusting thing I have ever smelled, the new scent smells like musty, funeral lilies. It refuses to come off my hands or my dishes. I am returning it for a full refund and looking somewhere else. This is a New Coke / Crystal Pepsi level fumble. Unbelievable you’d make such dumb change!

My mom used Dawn and I'm 50 and have always used Dawn but can't anymore due to the change in product. The new scent is terrible and super overpowering! my kids and husband even noticed and out plastics continue to smell even after being rinsed several times. Yuck!!!!

I like this product. It works well, smells good, and is very affordable. I just wish it had better ingredients. There are a lot of chemicals and unclean ingredients so I do not like that. It does work well and is very affordable though so that’s good!

Dawn is the gold standard for hand washing dishes in my kitchen.  It breaks up oils and grease better than any other cleaner I've ever used.  The ONLY drawback to Dawn is that it is too good--I don't use it on my nonstick pans any longer because they don't last if I use Dawn on them!
