You can’t get the soap out. We are now using our dishwasher more, since Dawn changed their formula. I can’t seem to get the film of soap off the dishes and everything taste like the soap! We’ve even soaked the dishes in water after cleaning to see if that film would come off- nope. We have been life long Dawn users, but sadly we have changed to Mrs. Meyers and the dishwasher.

This has to be the best dish washing liquid on the market I have always used this and my parents and grandparents used it before me too, if that doesn’t tell you something I don’t know what will. But this really is hard on grease and grime but gentle on skin like they tell you , also you only need a little bit at a time because it goes such a long way. I absolutely recommend this product.

I love this version of #Dawn It’s so gentle on my hands and a savage on my dirty dishes!! I wash with a small cap of bleach added however and this version instructions insist you not use bleach. That would be the only problem I have with Ultra Platinum. I love it overall. Makes #cleanup and #chores a breeze!! I love Dawn Detergent!!

If I have something really tough, soak for a few minutes and they come out perfect. A little Dawn goes a long way. The others you need to use so much more just to get the same results. Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I moved into our new home, it looked like the filters above the stove had never been clashed and there was major grease and dirt in the fan area. I soaked the filters in hot water with Dawn. The water was disgusting. I rinsed them and put them in the dishwasher. They came out looking like New! While they were washing I I got to work on the hood. It took some elbow grease, but after soaking in hot water, I was amazed at how clean they were with less work and time then I expected.

I have been a lifelong Dawn user. On the rare occasion, I stray it is purely out of curiosity, but I'm always brought home to Dawn. Then they released platinum. This beauty eliminates my excuse of needing to let the dishes soak. I can seriously clean just about any pot, pan, or dish in a matter of a few seconds rather than letting them soak for 30 minutes and still have to "do the dishes."

I don’t use refreshing rain but I keep some Don on hand just the regular blue stuff but influencer doesn’t list that so I’ll just use this one. It gets dishes clean that I don’t put in the dishwasher, it’s affordable and I can just snag some at the grocery store. I also keep it on hand in case my dog gets around the fleas because it safe to use on animals, I’m sure you’ve seen it used during oil spills. It’s the only brand that I trust and I like that they give back to environmental causes with my purchase.

I live in Canada. I have used Dawn dishwashing soap for as long as I can remember as it works so well. When they came out with the Refreshing Rain Scent I stocked up on it as I loved the scent! I am almost out of it now however and I can't seem to find it anymore? Is it no longer being made? If not what a shame! :(

I’m seeing a pattern here with my cleaning supplies. Again, it’s something that I grew up with that I know works diligently every time. I own a farm and have numerous animals and this also comes in handy for a deep mess in the barn or even on fur. I use Dawn soap constantly for the house and more. If it’s safe on animals, you know it’s good enough for your dishes. Grab some!

This new scent is horrendous. A quick glance at the bottle and it looks to be the same soap I buy, but it's not. I wish there was some bigger warning that you guys changed the scent formula! When I went to wash my dishes I started gagging and thought it must have been something left over on a plate. It wasnt until after I got out an old bottle and saw that there was a difference in the names. Im glad I'm not the only one who's had issues with the soaps new scent but will anything be done? I see that in replies you mention that the product was put through "testing" and what not but it feels like the only testing done was someone taking a quick sniff and calling it a day. Anyone who washes dishes a long time would not stand the smell. Its seriously so nausiating. The headache and gagging brought by the new overwhelming scent of "refreshing rain" is not something I would wish upon anyone.
