I bought this product about a week ago and thought I'd give it a try. Today, I made bread that did not turn out so I tried to finish it on the counter. It was extremely messy, with partially risen dough all over my utensils and counter. I used a bit of Dawn Platinum in the sink and it removed all signs of the sticky mess with ONE WIPE! I will be using this as my everyday dishwashing liquid from now on.

Used Dawn for over 30 years. it just doesn't do the job anymore. I'm extremely disappointed. You've changed and you're not the Dawn I once knew ! And NO I don't have hard water or whatever excuses are replied with. I've been newly introduced to brand and store brand dish soap that does a much better job. I'm still happy with my Tide used over 30 years, my Corolla that is 26 years old, my Mac powerbook that is 10 years old; because, I choose quality. Unfortunately, Dawn will no longer be on that list !

I will not use any other dish soap. Gets my dishes clean with no residue left. But you can use it for so much more. My husband has used it on the car rims and to clean up his tools to get the grease off. So we have one is the house and one in the garage. I always repurchase this soap.

Helps get junk off my dishes like no body’s business. My girlfriend and I don’t usually do dishes until right before bed or early and the morning so some foods tend to stick on surfaces. After using this though, it doesn’t take but a minute for it to fall right off

This scented dawn perfectly ruined my coffee. The funnel shaped metal coffee dripper has a lining that's porous. After washing it with this liquid, I ended up making a "VERY FRUITY" cup of coffee. What a horrible way of starting a day! I used this liquid to wash the dishes, not to wash my hand or body! Give me a break. I abhor/hate/detest this scented liquid! I don't even wanna see the picture of this....

The original formula is great but this one definitely made it better. The potency of this is amazing. A quarter size amount will fill a sink with suds and clean a whole load of dishes. This gets plastic squeaky clean. It helps with staining and odor retention on plastics. I use it for really dirty pots and pans with no problem. The best dish soap I have ever used.

Living in a house full of men who never rinse out pots and pans this Dawn is a God send! It also works well on stove tops and other kitchen surfaces that get nasty greasy like deep fryers. I just wet a sponge with Dawn Power, scrub it down, let it sit about 5 minutes and wipe clean.

I absolutely love the Platinum Dawn! I was using Dawn Pure Essentials and it worked for a while. However, when I was using Dawn Pure Essentials I noticed that my dishes were still feeling greasy. So I went out and bought Platinum Dawn. I can definitely tell a difference. My dishes are super clean and it leaves them super clean. I am really happy I came across this because it is hands down my favorite dish washing soap.

I own a bakery, washing buttercream off of bowls, piping tips, and spoons all day everyday. I swore by Dawn dish soap to get everything clean and free from grease. Other recipes in my bakery won’t wok if there is grease present so I’m extra sensitive. Also, I feel if I still feel grease there is a chance peanut oils are still present too, now creating a harmful situation for customers with allergies. About a month ago I felt nothing was getting clean both in my personal kitchen as well as in bakery. Dawn has failed me. My SIL told me to get Dawn power wash and I did and it’s great. However I feel it’s the same result I used to get from one product. Everything is so expensive and using two products to get the results I used to get from one has this baker/cook super frustrated.

Love the old product- cannot get past this new gross smell! Even my husband doesn't like it, and he usually could care less.... Will be seeking out alternative products. Hope I can still find the old 'Fresh Scent' formula somewhere. Feels like I was duped at my warehouse store...
