[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I do not own a dishwasher, thus all of our kitchen cleaning is done by hand, at the sink. Pots and pans, bowls and knives, plates and cups: all are handled effortlessly by Dawn. The best part about Dawn Platinum is that, since you only need a little, it lasts for a long time (our bottle has outlived over a dozen sponges!).

This is all I will use now. My dishwasher is not a good one so I pre-wash anything that is a tough job. This soap is very effective - just a few minutes of soaking will remove the crud, whether it is hard baked on or gooey cheesy stuff. It makes scratching my steel pans and corning ware baking dishes a thing of the past. I also use a drop or two to wash my hands at the kitchen sink.

I can say that I have tried many different dishwashing soaps and this one is the best. I can fill up my sink with hot water and some of the soap, let my dishes soak and after about 20 minutes the food comes right off. I was shocked because so many advertise that is what they do and not all of them do the job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had not tried the Dawn platnium until my sister did. She said that if I tried it I would switch and not go back to my previous brand. She was right. I can use this and it cleans all of the mess. I have 4 kids, bird, cat, crabs, and a husband.

I feel like this soap really cuts through grease on my dishes. This is very efficient at getting dishes clean. It costs slightly more than the regular dawn soap but it is well worth it.  I highly recommend this if you're looking for a more powerful cleaning soap

Absolutely love Dawn Dish soap, especially Platinum. If you're like me and have pots and pans that may sit, and food hardens on, you'll want this soap in your artillery. Soap+water+a couple minute soak, and the food practically wipes off. I won't buy anything else.

The most effective dishwashing liquid there is. This cuts right through grease and dirt so quickly I spend less time and liquid for each sinkful. Dawn is more expensive than most of the brands but I’m overall happy with the results despite its cost. Sometimes use this on laundry stains (at least it’s cheaper than stain remover).

A little really goes a long way with this stuff! I still handwash the babies bottles and dishes for the most part and it takes so little product the bottle I have has lasted us months. It doesnt completely strip my hands of moisture either which is s hiiiii per important

I have used the Original Dawn Platinum since it first hit the shelves. I LOVED it and recommended it highly. I had some stocked up, so I didn't realize right away that the scent changed. I recently opened a bottle and was overwhelmed by the new perfume smell. The bottle looks exactly the same, so I went to store after store looking for the unscented/original Platinum. I did some research and discovered it isn't available any longer without the horrible smell. Not only does the stink give me a headache, but the perfume also made my hands dry out and crack. Now my knuckles are bleeding, dry and itchy. I threw the two brand new bottles I just purchased in the trash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes when I'm beat from the stress of the day, and I've cooked dinner for my family, all I want to do is sit and relax for a minute. Before I know it, a minute turns into an hour or more, and then I realize the next morning that there's a sink full of dishes to be washed. All I have to do at that point is turn to my trusted Dawn Power Soak. I squirt a little bit in, run the water over the dishes and then leave out to pick out my outfit for the day. After a minimum of 3-4 minutes, my dishes are able to be cleaned as if they had soaked all night.
