Best dish soap! A little goes a long way. Great for degreasing pots and pans. i live in an rv and put a cup in the toilet/black tank 2 or 3 times a month. It helps everything move through the plumbing faster. I've used it a plugged toilet in an apartment. About a cup in the bottom and let it sit for an hour or so. Worked like a charm.

I only use Dawn. I have tried numerous reputable dish detergents throughout the years. Nothing against them but for some reason they did not agree with my hands. Also, in my opinion Dawn is great on grease. However, I am adjusting to how much to use. For example if hand washing a plate, I now use less with Dawn Platinum.

I will not switch from Dawn to clean my dishes no matter what. I have bought, I don’t know how many in fact, off brand or look alike Dawn dishwashing soap products. I think I’m saving money. I end up having to squirt more of the off brands liquid to even have suds. It doesn’t clean like Dawn. You’re going to have to pay more for Dawn, but in the long run, you’ll be saving money and have cleaner dishes too!

I use the "Soapy Sponge" procedure for dish washing: everyone washes their dishes soon after using them. This usually requires about 10 ml of detergent on the sponge. Dawn Platinum is more viscous than other brands. Works better in my kitchen sink pump. Lasts longer in the sponge. Hence, more economical.

It lasts a long time. Even for a household of 3 adults that cook their own meals daily. It gets the oil out of plastic bowls that is so hard to get out of and makes cleaning burnt foods in pots and pans so much less tough work. Just leave it over night with a teaspoonful of dawn filled with water and the next morning it’s comes right off or it’s easier to scrub gently off. It depends on the material of your pots and pans and the severity of the burnt food on the bottom on the pot or pans.

Have you ever wondered what happened to the good old Dawn? I sure do!! I swear, it is like they dilute it and then come out with a "New and Improved-4, 5, 6XFaster...". All the while, they have yet to make it as great as it was to begin with. And more expensive to boot!

I have used Dawn for years and it works on a lot of other things besides washing dishes. I use Dawn to make one of my Sugar Scrubs. I also apply it to greasy spots on some of my laundry items. I have some of the smaller bottles which I refill with this larger size. Excellent product.
